Computer Maintenance

We offer Maintenance contracts to companies with a guaranteed response time.
The company will sign a contract purchasing a bundle of support hours in advance.
These hours will be used for any callouts during the month. Should you use
your entire bundle before the end of the month, the extra callouts will be
billed at the standard rate. Any un-used hours do not carry over to the next month.

An example would be:
10 Hour Bundle at R450 / hour - Includes a guaranteed 4 hour response time during office hours.
This would give the company approx. 2 callouts per week for a monthly fee of R4500.
For a bundle of more than 10 hours, the rate would be reduced.
